POSTING IS FOR WISCONSIN BASED CANDIDATES ONLY (OR THOSE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO WISCONSIN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE START DATE). Candidates that are NOT located IN WISCONSIN or NOT willing TO RELOCATE within that timeframe will NOT be considered and should not be submitted. ALL WORK MUST BE DONE IN WISCONSIN
preference towards application development projects rather than business intelligence projects
Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required at the time of submission.
Strong customer service and relationship management experience
Business intelligence/data warehousing project management experience
Project documentation skills and experience to support project chartering, scoping, and other project deliverables.
Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable.
However, an in--person interview may be required.
Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date.
MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.)
Candidate must follow ALL DCF work rules
Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager)

Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense.
- Be responsible for technical and overall project management on enterprise-wide business intelligence applications and architecture. Develops project charters, plans, deliverables and other project artifacts.
- Works closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solves complex technical problems. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives in support of enterprise-wide business intelligence. Builds an effective team and directs the work of the project team to meet project milestones. Develops standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence documentation, tools, and systems. Develops data/information quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts. Work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks, solve complex technical problems, understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis.
- Research new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions. Participate in special projects as required. Have 12 years of project management experience with leading large and complex database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems.
- Selected candidate must provide copies of any/all certifications as part of the hiring process.
