Overview

Tantus Technologies, Inc. - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking a qualified Certification and Operations Support (COS) Egineer - Mid Level to support our Federal Client within the Technical Support Division. The COS Engineer works as part of a team to support the day to day operations and maintenance of the Client's certification environment and its required infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Ensure that the certification environment stays in sync with the production environment
• Collaborate with project certification teams to ensure that the environment has the necessary infrastructure
• Create reports to document the environment
• Resolve issues within the supported environment
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Assist with certification efforts as needed
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application deployment lifecycle

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, information management, or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
• Experience with Windows and Apple OS’s
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required
• Public Trust security clearable

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
