Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI w/ full scope polygraph
- BS in Information Technology (or any related technical field)
- 10 years of experience providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.15 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- CompTIA Security certification
- Ability to provide Tier 2/Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems
- Experience managing the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Experience restarting accounts and patching remotely
- Lab experience standing up and managing servers
- Experience optimizing system operations and resource utilization and performing system capacity analysis and planning.
- Experience configuring and managing Windows operations systems and installing/loading operating system software.
- Experience working in an iterative and agile development environment.
- Technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- MS in Information Technology (or related technical field)
- Windows Operating System experience
- CompTIA certifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with basic network administration
