Responsabilities:

• Leads teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Maximizes sales through effective display and sales techniques.

• Oversees stocks levels, ordering products and controlling shrinkage.

• Achieves sales targets and maximize profitability.

• Maintains a clean, organized and visually appealing store.

• Complies with company policies, food safety regulations and other relevant laws.

• Solves customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years experience in grocery or related field. (required).

• Retail experienced.

• Supermarket Savvy.

• Fluient in Spanish.
