Tarantino Properties is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for a small conventional community, Courtyard Park in Abilene.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our community’s success while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the apartment complex.
• Collect monthly income from Residents and post within 24 hours.
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance and repairs to ensure a high level of Resident satisfaction.
• Communicate with Residents regarding property rules, resolution of conflicts, complaints, repairs, or any other issues.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, inspections and make readies of vacant units.
• Manage all leasing activities, including new tenant leases, property tours, renewals and rent increases.
• Coordinate with and supervise maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and upkeep.
• Manage budget to ensure expenses are within the set budget and keep all lease files current and complete.

Physical Requirements:

• Light lifting may be required on occasion.
• Walking the property at minimum once per day is required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with OneSite and Blue Moon software helpful.
