Description

 Colonial Apartments is seeking a Maintenance a Make Ready/Porter in Houston, Texas. 

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
• Paint and pick up grounds
• Painting 
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of sheetrock repairs, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

• At least 2 plus of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Full Time Position
