A boutique law firm in Denver that serves startups and venture-backed companies is seeking a part-time Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will have the benefit of consistent contact with the team through weekly meetings and annual retreats, as well as engagement with clients globally.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of legal assistant experience and a demonstrated background in administrative support. To be successful in this role, one must maintain a high level of professionalism, communicate clearly, be solution-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in legal practice management software, especially Practice Panther, is highly desirable, along with familiarity with Google Workspace tools like Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Compensation Range: $25.00-30.00/hourly, depending on experience.
