We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team in the City of Industry.
Location : City of Industy
Position : Temp to Hire Pay Rate : $25- $27
REQUIRED :
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR labor laws & employement regulations
- AA degree in human resourcesor related field
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish languages).
Essential Responsibilities :
- Assist employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll and benefits..
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Manage employee records and maintains accurate HR database

- Supports recruiting and retention efforts.
- Onboard newly hired employees. and prepare onboarding / offboarding packets.
- Stays current on California and Federal regulation and laws.
