Position: Concierge/Manager

Compensation: $58,000-$62,000/annually

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, depending on assignments.

• Meet and greet residents, guest, visitors and vendors with exceptional customer service and field questions (when/if necessary). 
• Deter, deflect, detect, investigate and/or resolve all activity that could result in loss or liability including criminal incidents, fire hazards and safety conditions.
• Maintain a high level of visibility, vigilance and professionalism while on post.
• Observe and report any irregular or unusual activity that may create security risks or safety concerns.
• Write detailed narrative reports and maintain daily activity reports (DARs). Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance when/if necessary.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols
• Answer phones with positive spirit

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Concierge experience 
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures. 
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Completed High School diploma or GED
• Experience in both independent work and interacting with public preferred.
• 1 year security experience, or BA in Criminal Justice or related field.
