Position hours 10A-7PYour skills we value:
- Primary point of contact for key accounts and internal stakeholders including project management, sales, operations, and logistics
- Processes and tracks orders and expedites through production and shipping
- Proactively looks for solutions to customer requests
- Stays abreast of residential products across all product categories
- May participate in regular conference calls with Residential Accounts
- Uses keyboarding, data entry skills and computer programs (Excel, CAMS, AS400, Word, CRM, etc.)
- Provides product specifications, installation instructions, and warranty forms when requested
- Cross trains in all facets of the department and may serve as backup for others in the department
- Answering calls in a high call-volume setting
- Other duties as assigned
- A history of success in customer service, inside sales or a similar field
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years of customer facing experience
- Experience in residential, hard, and soft surfaces a plus
- Experience in CAMS/SAP Require
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills a must
