Dental Assistant EFDA/Treatment Plan Coordinator
INTERVIEW NOW for an exceptional opportunity with our General Dental Office. We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide extraordinary service for our patients. We are a hi-tech, modern, paperless dental office that puts quality above anything else.
Would you like the freedom to utilize your talents to the max? Do you have experience with concierge-level customer service and marketing experience?
Qualifications/Requirements:

Organized, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
A people person.
Has great computer skills, and loves working with people.
Attention to detail and great phone skills are requirements for this position.
Formal phone training is a plus.
EAGLESOFT and DENTAL experience is a must.
EFDA Florida certification.

Job Duties (not limited to):

Assisting.
Check-in and check-out of patients (Patient Liaison).
Presenting treatment cases.
Answering phone calls.
Maintaining patient records.
Scheduling.
Following up with patients.
Social media marketing.
Incorporating new technology in the office.
