Tarragon Property Services is seeking a full-time Assistant Business Manager. This position is based in our Puyallup office, providing you with the opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an Assistant Business Manager, you're a crucial member of the Tarragon Property Services team. You collaborate closely with the business manager, learning the ins and outs of management, from administrative to financial duties. Taking charge in the business manager's absence, you supervise staff, inspect property areas regularly, and provide recommendations for community enhancements. You manage rent payments and handle invoices to ensure lease accuracy. You also support marketing efforts.
Utilizing Yardi E-Learning, you remain committed to continuous learning and professional development. By maintaining positive resident relations, addressing concerns, and upholding professional standards, you contribute to the overall success of our company, earning respect through effective leadership and exemplary conduct!
