This position is responsible for introducing TAS to potential new candidates, helping them through the interview process and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Finding the right talent, with similar values is critical to the success of the organization.
Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.Able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and?other sources Work towards fulfilling staffing levels at each branch with qualified candidates, understanding the staffing trends at the assigned branches, to best predict turnover and disengagement with current models. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and?retains?the best employees, while growing a?strong talent pipeline. |
