Position Impact

Maintaining the landscape and lawn at our South Texas locations. By keeping the area manicured will keep the appearance presentable while keeping the office and shop safe from critters

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintaining the lawn/grass at the South Texas facilities

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Prepping our lawn equipment, trucks and trailers. Sharpening mowing blades, keeping trailers and trucks stocked with inventory, operating zero turn and walk behind mowers, Weed whipping, Hedge trimming, Using back pack blowers at our facilities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience and Skills: experience operating Zero turn and Walk behind mowers, weed whips, hedge trimmers, back pack blowers, maintaining equipment, backing up trailers, great attitude and great customer service skills.

Must have a TWIC card & HAZWPR

May involve standing extended periods of time

Being outside for 8 hours a day
