Role Description

This is a full-time Automotive Service Director role located in Yonkers, NY. As an Automotive Service Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality. You will be responsible for managing the service team, creating and managing budgets, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing training programs to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and managing customer satisfaction
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with automotive service operations and industry standards
• Knowledge of automotive technology and diagnostics is a plus
