Tasca Kia is Hiring an Automotive Sales Manager Near Johnston, RI

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Tasca Kia. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, driving up new and used vehicle sales while achieving and maintaining revenue targets.

This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success. The leadership at Tasca Kia is looking to hire the ideal candidate who is in a current or has recently held a previous dealership sales management position of 3-5 years or more.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics

- Provide sales support by assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns

- Conduct regular sales meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and motivate the team

Daily Job Tasks and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, hire and inspire a team to grow sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in the dealership industry

- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
