Role Description
This is a full-time Lead Recruiter role at Task4Pros. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. The Lead Recruiter will also oversee job postings, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to management. This role is based in Franklin, TN, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
