About The Role:

As a Workforce Management Scheduling Specialist at Taskrabbit, you will play a key role in optimizing scheduling processes within workforce management and customer service. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around creating efficient schedules, ensuring streamlined operational workflows, and championing operational excellence across our global teams. This position requires a dedicated commitment to delivering high performing schedules, collaborating with stakeholders, and fostering processes driven by customer service excellence.

What You'll Work On:

  • Maintain and optimize scheduling systems for workforce management and customer service scheduling, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in scheduling processes to enhance accessibility and usability for both workforce and customer service teams.
  • Develop and manage structured processes supporting workforce management and stakeholder scheduling needs, focusing on streamlining operations, maximizing productivity, and adhering to any regional labor laws.
  • Ensure the seamless execution and communication of scheduling processes, adhering to established best practices and company values to promote operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support the team with reporting and real-time adjustments as necessary to meet operational demands.

Your Areas Of Expertise:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on scheduling global teams, with a background in customer service.
  • Experience with Assembled or similar workforce management software is a plus.
  • Experience working with external BPO partners is also a plus.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex insights into actionable solutions.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay bonus benefits perks.

The annual gross pay range for this position is $55,000 - $77,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
