Business System Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Mid-level support for accounting systems, reports, and data feeds
- Monitor data feeds between IT, accounting, and payroll systems. Provide support and corrections as needed
- Collaborate with IT and business users to manage implementation, training options and support of accounting systems
- Maintain EDI relationships and monitor EDI data feeds
- Maintain reporting structure for reporting in a multi-location and multi-entity environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CIS, or related field or 3 years’ work experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
- Moderate understanding of database design
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
- General understanding of GAAP accounting
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Quick learner and problem solver when faced with new issues or challenges
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central strongly preferred
- Experience with writing reports, Jet Reports preferred
- Experience supporting or using Blackline preferred
