Tasty Snacks Distributors LLC is a snack food establishment that serves a large part of Indiana with an extensive product line. We are looking for an Independent; commission based Route Driver for an established route. DSD delivery experience preferred.The position starts as a part time position that can be moved into full time.

Requirements include a high school education or GED, at least 3 years of delivery driver experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, smart phone required for invoicing, ability to drive a 20 foot box truck or step van, a proven ability to have great attendance, the option to work additional hours as the work demands (particularly during peak season), and the ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Product Delivery
• Load delivery vehicle with appropriate product counts and varieties for the daily delivery schedule
• Secure customer orders for products according to customer expectations
• Coordinate with customer the best location for displays in order to maximize sales
• Audit accounts for product mix and inventory
• Make suggestions to customer for additional product items available
• Ensure shelving space is full and in order
• Monitor and control returns to maximize profitability
• Set-up and maintain sales displays to ensure that they are positioned in appropriate locations
• Execute product promotions to maximize sales
• Deliver accurate product orders to customers by the agreed upon day and time
• Remove out of date product each delivery date and issue appropriate credits
• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle
• Polite and Professional attitude
• Organizational skills needed to keep truck in orderly manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per week
