- SCADA SystemDesign: Collaborate with project teams to design and develop SCADAsystems tailored to specific industrial processes and requirements.
- SystemImplementation: Configure, program, and deploy SCADA hardware andsoftware components, including Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs),Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and communication p protocols.
- Real-timeMonitoring: Continuously monitor SCADA systems to ensure the stability,security, and performance of industrial processes. Respond promptly toalarms and abnormalities.
- Data Analysis:Analyze real-time and historical data to identify trends, anomalies, andpotential issues. Develop strategies for process optimization based ondata insights.
- Troubleshootingand Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve SCADA system malfunctions andsoftware bugs. Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and systembackups.
- Cybersecurity:Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect SCADA systemsfrom unauthorized access, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of SCADA system configurations,network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including automation engineers,process engineers, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless integrationof SCADA systems with other infrastructure c components.
- Compliance:Ensure SCADA systems adhere to industry standards, regulations, andsafety protocols, such as NIST, ISA-95, and IEC 62443.
- Training: Providetraining and support to operators and maintenance teams to enhance theirunderstanding of SCADA systems and troubleshooting capabilities.
