•Hands On experience working in the areas ofProduction Support, On-Call, Tickets resolution in a Severity/Priority levelsand SLA driven model, Enhancements delivery, supporting Month End, QuarterEnd and Year Ends
•Good understating of Project Costing, GeneralLedger, Asset Management, Labor Distribution, Sales & Earnings, ARBIGIetc.
•Should have worked in Production supportactivities and enhancement engagements.
•Should have performed Year End and Month Endactivities as part of Production support.
•Understanding of Table Structures of abovemodules, integration points and Dataflow etc.
•Working Experience in FSCM 9.2 and with PeopleTools 8.5x.
•Strong on experience in Oracle database andshould have strong SQL skills.
•Strong hands on experience in driving &troubleshooting PeopleSoft issues.
•Should be experience in writing technicaldesigned documents, unit and regression testing.
•Should have experience in Autosys batchscheduling in PeopleSoft environment.
•Should have strong experience in root causeanalysis of recurring issues and provide permanent fix and work on IT drivenenhancements.
•Good communication skills, Analytical skills,quick learner and process oriented with a higher customer orientation.
