Technical/Functional Skills
7 years of SAP SuccessFactorsexperience in a consulting role
3 full life cycle SuccessFactorsimplementations
Certification in at least 2 SuccessFactors Modules, with certification in Employee Central (EC) abeing required.
Strong cross functional knowledge ofthe SuccessFactors system with special focus on Employee Central,Recruiting, Onboarding and/or Payroll
Experience Required 10to 13 years Roles & Responsibilities
Build strong, trusted relationshipsat every level of the customer organization, driving customer andproject success and increased business opportunities.
Work with customers to build andrealize their HXM transformation strategy and plans
Coach and guide customers around SAPcentric HXM architecture.
Provide solutions as per customerrequirements, adhering to SuccessFactors best practice processes andproject scope.
Liaison with onshore & offshoreteams for project delivery, bridging the gap for knowledge and time zonedifferences.
Conduct discovery sessions withprospective clients for future engagements. Prepare and deliver valuebased HXM solution demonstrations/presentations in support of newopportunities.
Assist with RFP and RFI completion tosupport customer proposals as needed.
Engage customers through innovativeworkshops, events and communications

Good knowledge about integrations,should be able to provide the required specifications to integrationteams.
