* Experienced in desktop engineering and support and Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment, Excellent Customer Service in Face-to-Face, Telephone or Electronic Interaction with Clients
* Good documentation, language, and communications Skills
* Problem-Solving and troubleshooting skills
* Install, configure and deploy Windows 10 desktop and laptop PCs.
* Install and troubleshoot software and PC peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
* Good Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting, Knowledge of Windows XP, 7, and 10 along with Mac OSX, Windows Server products and/or Apple Operating Systems,
* Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions.
* Experience with Microsoft SCCM OSD process to image PCs.
* Analyze and resolve hardware, software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computer systems and networked resources.
Experience Required 4 Years

* Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
* Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access permission s.
* Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
* Install, update, and patch software applications and operating systems.
* Ensure software licenses and compliance.
* Troubleshoot software-related problems and conflicts.
* Provide on-site support for hardware and software issues when required.
* Communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
