A Client Success Managers has an individual sales quota and is responsible for growing, managing and executing software solution sales with a focus on consistently growing the pipeline with new and upsell opportunities. The CSM objective is opening doors and closing new business with focus on executing campaigns, hunting/farming activity, and building permanent relationships with our clients.
