- Identify and select ingredients
- Laminate doughs
- Mix, shape, roll, proof, and prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
- Thrive in face-paced, team-oriented environment

- Perform other duties as assigned ***Your recipe for success:***
- Minimum of 1 year of experience successfully working in a high-volume bakery production, banquet production kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or similar environment is required, but we are open to training ambitious candidates who have a demonstrated interest in working as a bakery production team member.
- Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
- Passion for baking with a keen eye for freshness, quality and cleanliness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An appetite for learning (and delicious pastries, breads, and desserts).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - availability for at least one weekend shift per weekend is a must absent exceptional circumstances.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Familiarity/experience with laminating doughs, mixing/spiral mixers, proofing, shaping, and preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and/or breads highly preferred
- Spanish &/or Portuguese language skills a plus
- Shifts available:*
- Pastry Team 6 a.m.-2 p.m. & 7 a.m. 3 p.m.
