Our client is a well established property management company specializing in the management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, and they are expected to double in size in the coming years!

They are seeing an accounting manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for multiple properties.
• Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with property managers to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for each property.
• Monitor budget performance and provide insights to optimize financial outcomes and achieve financial goals.
• Identify variances and trends to inform decision-making and improve financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting Required
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the property management industry, with a strong understanding of property accounting principles and practices.
