They have been experiencing significant growth, and they are now looking to add a financial analyst to their team!
This position is HYBRID/Remote, with 2 days per week onsite expected in the offices near Millville, NJ
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial assessments, including variance, trend, and scenario analyses, to evaluate performance, costs, revenue forecasts, and profit margins.
- Collaborate with managers and department leaders to create budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial well-being.
- Generate and deliver precise and informative financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on financial evaluations to support decision-making regarding resource allocation, project feasibility, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- MBA and/or CPA are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis within manufacturing or costing related field highly desired
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
