Our client is a top nutritional supplement company that is relentlessly focused on the pursuit of delivering the best quality products to customers!

They have been experiencing significant growth, and they are now looking to add a financial analyst to their team!

This position is HYBRID/Remote, with 2 days per week onsite expected in the offices near Millville, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed financial assessments, including variance, trend, and scenario analyses, to evaluate performance, costs, revenue forecasts, and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with managers and department leaders to create budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial well-being.
  • Generate and deliver precise and informative financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on financial evaluations to support decision-making regarding resource allocation, project feasibility, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • MBA and/or CPA are a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis within manufacturing or costing related field highly desired
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
