As the Senior Billing Manager, you'll play a critical role in sustaining and optimizing our revenue streams by designing and enforcing billing policies and procedures. You'll spearhead the daily operations of the billing department, driving strategic initiatives that guide your team toward success. In this position, you are the embodiment of our brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Implement strategic policies that align with company goals, ensuring efficient communication and problem-solving across the department.
• Training & Development: Oversee onboarding and training programs for new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine billing processes that ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling insurance claims and other billing-related activities. Monitor workload and staffing levels to maintain optimal performance.
• Customer Focus: Deliver a world-class experience to both internal and external customers. Ensure that all communications are professional and aligned with company values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a management role overseeing a team of 9 employees.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
• Experience dealing with government billing (Medicare, etc)

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with the expectation of being present for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Physical requirements include sitting for extended periods, engaging in repetitive tasks, and occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• DTC location, in office 5 days a week
