Senior Cost Accountant
Our client, a leading global biotech company, is seeking a senior cost accountant to join their growing finance team. This position is based in Philadelphia with a hybrid work schedule. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
We are seeking a dynamic accounting professional with expertise in general ledger and cost accounting to enhance our corporate finance function. This role, reporting to the US Financial Controller, is crucial for accurate month-end accounting, internal control compliance, and internal reporting for general ledger and cost/inventory accounting functions. Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries for the balance sheet and P&L, account reconciliations, determining monthly inventory movements and COGS, collaborating with manufacturing and FP&A teams for standard cost calculations, and participating in departmental and cross-functional projects.
