Position: Network Engineer (Active TS/SCI Clearance Required)

Location: San Antonio, TX (Must work onsite - remote not available)

Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage our company’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, providing technical support, and collaborating with IT team members to ensure seamless connectivity across all systems.

Responsibilities

Physical Networking:

• Pre-deployment configuration guidance for Cisco switches and routers
• Post-deployment baseline configuration to DISA STIG level requirements
• Cisco ASA command line configuration

Virtual Networking:

• Analyze and resolve VMware network traffic issues
• NSX Overlay Routing Troubleshooting
• Utilize vROPS to monitor and optimize VMware NSX performance
• Implement automation strategies for network configuration

Qualifications:

• Proficient in VMware NSX Operations and Maintenance
• US Citizenship with active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance (active within last 24 months)
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher within 2 months
• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
