Responsibilities:

• Serves as the primary processor of transactions and proposals
• Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
• Performs financial analysis
• Conducts industry research and business due diligence
• Assists senior bankers with new business development in the consumer sector, specifically in food and beverage
• Provides guidance and support to Analysts
• Participates in marketing efforts
• Develops offering presentation materials

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking
• Bachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
• Must have experience in food and beverage
• Sell side M&A experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations
• Financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
