Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Must be at least 18 years old
