Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have experience in the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Bartenders will be paid $5.00/hour plus tips and receive tip outs from the wait staff as well.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate SpotOn POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell additional products when appropriate to maximize sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
Skills
-At least two years of previous bartending experience required
-Current alcohol certification through either ServSafe or TIPS is required prior to starting employment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in using SpotOn POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
