Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly.
- Manage waitlists efficiently.
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with Front of House staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

-Communicate with customers that are placing take-out orders.

Experience:

- At least one year of hosting experience.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with food service procedures and guest services.
- Willingness to assist and help others as needed.
