Qualifications, Relevant Skills and Experience

Essential

• Experience in a sales role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to work independently
• An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Flexibility to work outside hours where required to meet the demands of the role
• The ability to solve problems as and when they arise

Desirable

• Previous experience managing a team of people
• Previous experience in a Business Development Manager role within a financial services firm
• Experience with Hubspot and Google Workspace

Job Purpose

• To generate business by leading the sales team and supporting them to achieve their targets
• Provide training and act as a mentor to the team
• Lead the rollout of new tax rebate services and any additional financial services offerings inline with industry regulations and TaxHoot ethical code of conduct
• Spot potential improvements to business practice to streamline existing processes
• Identify new business opportunities
• Maintain relationships with clients and assist them where escalation is required to solve problems
• Possess a strong understanding of company service and who we help

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the sales team
• Function as a professional with knowledge of industry practices
• Adhoc reporting - feedback to directors.
• Distribute inbound leads
• Keep the sales staff motivated
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they’re being met to the Companies standards
• Develop, escalate and oversee operations
• Manage customer reviews
• Adhoc duties as and when required

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
