Taylor Made Cuisine (www.taylormadecuisine.com) is the fastest growing catering and meal delivery company in Orange County! We are looking for a MARKETING GROWTH CONSULTANT for a six month contract with the option to renew the contract. The consultant will be responsible for building a strategic marketing plan for TMC to achieve our desired sales KPI's. KPI's as follows:

• Grow overall sales 25%
• Increase meal delivery customers per week from 75 to 125
• Increase catering sales by 50%

Position Summary: The Growth Marketing Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of TMC’s business activities and achieve desired KPI’s for the business. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who has a passion for marketing. The goal of the position is to develop a unique brand voice for TMC to increase market share and drive revenues for its meal delivery and catering divisions.

Tasks and Competencies:

• Conduct primary marketing research to identify target user demographics and develop customer segments.·
• Design marketing and advertising campaigns for user demographic segments. ·
• Identify Position Statements and Key Value Propositions ·
• Determine campaign goals to establish accurate ad spending costs.·
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics.·
• Produce ideas for promotional events and activities and work with the corresponding departments to execute those events.·
• Monitor campaign progress and submit KPI reports to management.·
• Responsible for planning strategy for company’s online presence and working with existing social media manager to implement that strategy.
• Optimize SEO for TMC’s Website, link building, and local search.·
• Conduct market research to stay on top of trends and competitor’s marketing movements. ·
• Plan and execute all email marketing campaigns.·
• Plan, execute, and monitor TMC’s Google AdWords campaigns and spending.·
• Plan and monitor TMC’s social media accounts.

Preferred Experience and Skills:·

• Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google AdWords, and SEM·
• 2-4 experience as a marketing director·
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field·
• Analytical and creative thinking skills·
• Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and ability to manage ad spending effectively.·
• Thorough knowledge of Content Marketing and SEO·
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop·
• Up to speed with current marketing trends and best practices·
• Thorough knowledge of email marketing

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
