Exciting Opportunity in Luxury High-Rise Property Management Are you a dedicated professional with experience in Community Association management? Taylor Management Company is currently looking for an on-site General Manager to oversee the administration, management, and operation of Luxury High-Rise buildings in Hudson County, NJ. This full-time position involves working closely with the Board of Directors and ensuring the seamless coordination of all activities within the community. Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Board policies, procedures, and goals
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Association governing documents and legal requirements
Manage the financial aspects of the association
Oversee vendor relationships and service specifications
Conduct regular property inspections for rule compliance
Attend and actively participate in Board meetings
Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude
Utilize strong project management skills
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management
At least 5 years of proven High-Rise Community Management experience
Facility Management experience is a plus
Industry designations such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, ARM are preferred
Availability for emergency calls 24/7
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license
