Exciting Opportunity in Luxury High-Rise Property Management
Are you a dedicated professional with experience in Community Association management? Taylor Management Company is currently looking for an on-site General Manager to oversee the administration, management, and operation of Luxury High-Rise buildings in Hudson County, NJ. This full-time position involves working closely with the Board of Directors and ensuring the seamless coordination of all activities within the community.
Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Board policies, procedures, and goals
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Association governing documents and legal requirements
• Manage the financial aspects of the association
• Oversee vendor relationships and service specifications
• Conduct regular property inspections for rule compliance
• Attend and actively participate in Board meetings
• Demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude
• Utilize strong project management skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management
• At least 5 years of proven High-Rise Community Management experience
• Facility Management experience is a plus
• Industry designations such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, ARM are preferred
• Availability for emergency calls 24/7
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license
