Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with Board of Directors' goals and directives.
• Understand and enforce Association governing documents, rules, and legal requirements.
• Manage the association's finances.
• Create specifications for required association services.
• Conduct regular property inspections for rule compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Attend Board meetings.
• Uphold positive attitude and strong customer service principles.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess fluency in English language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: CMCA designation or commitment to obtain CMCA, AMS, PCAM designation.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Property Management.
• Experience with High-Rise buildings.
