Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with making reservations for rental equipment via phone /in person
- Assist customers with rental process (pick up/return)
- Assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise during rental process
-Assist customers with STIHL products
-Assist customers with finding and ordering parts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not necessary

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
