Our client, a boutique (but growing!) law firm in Chicago, is seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team. They would love a candidate who is skilled at what they do, can hit the ground running, and might even bring their own book of business to the firm.

Details:
- Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses (flexible)
- Hybrid work schedule
- Practice Area Focus: Criminal Defense, specifically Drivers' Defense
- Firm-Paid Health Insurance Premium (100% covered for employees, partial coverage for family plans)
- Firm-Paid Malpractice Insurance and Life Insurance
- Generous PTO and paid holidays off
- 401k with up to 4% employer match
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Attorney in Criminal Defense
- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- Bringing in your own book of business HIGHLY preferred (will buy out solo law firm owners)
