We are working with a top 200 AmLaw firm looking for (2) Paralegals to join their team - one junior AND the other mid-senior level (5 YOE as a Paralegal). Both roles focusing on IP Patent.

• Manages domestic and international filings with the USPTO and foreign law offices or entities.
• Tracks and updates the docket system with due dates for actions such as responses, renewals, oppositions, PCT requirements, and patent annuity payments in foreign countries.
• Prepares and submits various documents to the USPTO and foreign counsel.
• Prepares and records patent assignments.
• Drafts correspondence for clients.
• Compiles status summary reports for attorneys and clients.
• Reviews and addresses correspondence from foreign associates.
• Obtains legalizations and certifications as needed.
• Researches and gathers information on national and international patent rights, including searches of USPTO records, industry databases, and general legal research.

Compensation commiserate to YOE.
