Taylor Ryan is currently recruiting a Senior HVAC PM for a top client of ours in the Houston market.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• 8 years of experience with a Mechanical Contractor
• Must have commercial, institutional, or healthcare mechanical project experience.
• Mechanical Projects of $5M-$20M as a PM
• Must have a detailed understanding of HVAC systems, especially chilled water systems and components.
• A working knowledge of piping, sheetmetal, and controls.

The Project Manager will be responsible for total management of a project after estimating, and buyout. This includes managing subcontractors, GC, engineers, architects, etc. You will be preparing construction schedule, evaluating job progress, checking submittals, expediting equipment, monthly billings, monitoring job costs, tracking change orders, etc.
