Application Processor

Taylor Truck Line Inc, a transportation company based in Northfield MN is looking to add an Application Processor to our Safety department. This person should be able to work as part of team as well as individually. If you are ready to learn, we can teach you transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for assisting the recruiters, processing the drivers applications, screening, qualifying and selecting applicants for CMV driving positions.

· Handling and setting up transportation for new drivers coming to MN for orientation.

· Set up Hotel reservations for new and current drivers as needed.

· Responsible for all pre-employment certifications on new drivers prior to orientation. (MVR, CDL’s, criminal checks, and past employment verifications)

· Respond timely and effectively to driver needs during the recruiting process.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Former experience in the transportation industry is a plus
• Ability to self-manage, multi-task, organize and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to differentiate driver wants and needs
• Good communication and decision making skills – phone & e-mail
• Quality in performing duties with accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple advertising websites
• Able to meet deadlines and quotas
• Tenstreet knowledge a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
