The Human Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the HR dynamics within a home care environment, ensuring alignment between industry specific requirements and core Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, in alignment with homecare professional standards.
• Design and oversee training programs tailored for the home care workforce.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage employee relations, skillfully resolving issues as they arise.
• Administer benefits and compensation, ensuring consistency with established budget.
• Provide strategic insight to management on HR related issues.
• Maintain thorugh and confidential employee records.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide regular feedback to the senior management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous HR experience, preferably within the homecare industry.
• Profound knowledge of labor laws, particularly those relevant to the homecare sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational prowess with the capability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with HR-specific software tools.
• Agility and adaptability in a constantly evolving business environment.
