Our client, a firm with over 50 years in construction management and general contracting, is seeking qualified individuals to join their team for a 6-8 year renovation project encompassing 20 buildings in Harlem.
Senior Superintendent
Requirements for Senior Superintendent:
- Proven experience in renovations, particularly in overseeing multi-year projects.
- DOB License is mandatory.
- Preferred experience with NYCHA projects; familiarity with affordable housing or market rate projects is acceptable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
Superintendent (2 Positions)
Requirements for Superintendents:
- Experience in renovations is essential.
- DOB License is mandatory.
- Preferably experience with NYCHA projects; familiarity with affordable housing or market rate projects is acceptable.
- Ability to oversee subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
Assistant Superintendent (2 Positions)
Requirements for Assistant Superintendent:
- Renovations experience is required.
- Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in a related role; engineers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong background in safety management and compliance.
- Ability to assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
