Requirements

· Familiarity with Equity Cash Trading and allocation require

· Understanding of Equity Swap Trading and allocation preferred

· Block, allocation and matching experience is preferred

· Quick learner and self starter

· Ability to work with abstracts and be able to operate based on a high level understanding of the traded products

· Ability to continuously learn and improve about product experience

· Ability to enforce to have teams deliver on time under budget

· Strong PM Experience that showcases experience is managing projects while tracking dependencies, scoping and time

· Demonstrates ability to own items and works to resolve problems

· Interact with Desk Heads and Senior Management in addition to compliance, Technology Leads, developers and QA team

Responsibilities

· Draft Meeting Minutes, create and main project plans

· Manages Project Budgets

· Dome projects and performs cost benefit analysis

· Document all phases of projects

· Create and maintain Jira Dashboard

· Creates, maintains and presents Project Status reporting

· Documents process flows and system diagrams in Visio

· Drafts BRDs and TRDs
