Ideally this candidate will have experience with managing the design, development, delivery, and facilitation of Bank-wide training and development programs, analyzing and understanding training needs, recommending and deploying effective solutions, and establishing career path planning, succession planning and development opportunities for staff.
Onsite: 5x per week with travel to different branches
Salary: up to $125k plus bonus eligible
Requirements:
- ADP WFN is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of adult education/training experience
- 2-3 of Retail Banking experience required.
