The ideal person will have experience counseling lawyers or law students on career development and advancement opportunities, project management, program creation and implementation, and proficient in Microsoft Suite. You will maintain relationships with firm attorney alumni and clients, works on initiatives, and collaborates with colleagues.

Hybrid: 2x per week

Salary: $165k-200k

Must have:

• J.D. or other advanced degree related to career coaching or counseling required.
• Strong proficiency in database programs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Understanding of the legal profession and legal hiring trends and practices is required. This includes familiarity with career opportunities for lawyers within legal and non-legal environments, including federal and state governments, in-house corporate legal departments, non-profit/public interest organizations, and large and small law firms.
