Responsibilities:

Cost Accounting:

• Implementing and maintaining cost accounting systems.
• Analyzing production costs, variances, and cost drivers.
• Collaborating with operations to optimize cost efficiency.

Profit and Loss (P&L) Management:

• Preparing and analyzing P&L statements.
• Identifying revenue trends, cost-saving opportunities, and profit margins.
• Providing strategic insights to improve financial performance.

Inventory Management:

• Monitoring inventory levels, valuation, and turnover.
• Coordinating with supply chain and production teams.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Managing tax filings and audits.

Payroll and Payables:

• Overseeing payroll processing and vendor payments.
• Managing accounts payable functions.

Treasury Operations:

• Handling cash flow management, liquidity, and investments.
• Collaborating with banks and financial institutions.

Receivables and Credit Management:

• Monitoring customer receivables and credit risk.
• Implementing effective collection strategies.

Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance:

• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and reporting requirements.
• Coordinating SOX audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in accounting & finance in industrial / manufacturing industry, or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of consolidations, financial statements, and manufacturing focussed ERPs
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• High level of experience in P&L and manufacturing and distribution costing principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
